EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a new furnace installed in November by Chris, Dylan, and Jay. It has been one of my best choices this year. The furnace runs great and is very economical, but the Service is outstanding! I had a small issue (my fault) but Chris showed up and fixed the issue in appox. 10 minutes. So if you want quality service with your furnace, I highly recommend Elevation Mechanical and Chris, Dylan, and Jay.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called them to fix upstairs furnace because it was not turning on. They said it checked out. I got home and found that the heater still did not work. Also asked them to check basement furnace. They showed my wife 3 pictures. One of a dent in the exhaust hose whhich they estimated over $365.00 to replace. The part cost $35.00 at Home Depo. Also claimed rust on gas pipe caused by leaky inducer assembly ($998.00). Turns out it was from condensation coming from exhaust. Charged me $207 to "Service" both furnaces and did not fix the upstairs furnace which only needed a sensor cleaned. I feel I cheeted because I was not home and my wife was the only one home at the time. They also showed her a picture of something else that was severely rusted but when I asked for the pictures, they sent me 2 of the 3 they showed her and the rusted one was missing.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Unfortunately I had to use the Emergency service on a weekend. The dispatcher was very responsive and helpful with questions. The worker that was sent to my house was Ethan and he is awesome! He responded quickly and worked really hard on my difficult system to figure out the problem. Gas heater is wood shop quit working. Chris was able to diagnose and fix problem in less than an hour. Problem recurred a month later and they came and fixed it for free.
